Every project starts with an on-site consult where we discuss your landscape goals and needs. A master plan is typically necessary for the planning and cost estimation of installation. It provides the map for contracted scope of work so the client knows exactly what they are getting and paying for.
Once the master plan is complete, we meet again to finalize design choices and budget. Many times it is helpful to develop 3D renderings of your outdoor living space. This provides a real-world visual of the space and aids in making final design and material choices.
When we are able to come to a contracted agreement on the cost of installation, a 50% deposit is collected and we begin to go to work! Demo and site prep come first (debris/dirt removal, soil amendment, irrigation). Hardscape elements are next (concrete work, decks, and pergolas) Weed barrier, edging, and mulch are installed. Planting and sod come in last.
After the installation is complete, we do a final walk through to make sure every element of the contract is complete and satisfactory. The final 50% invoice is billed and you are ready to enjoy your custom outdoor living space!
